Women's Sorel Omni-Shield Waterproof pants, off-white small

Description

Please look at all pictures carefully, as they are considered part of the description.  The stitching in the waist line needs re-stitched.    The elastic drawstring cord is fraying and needs replaced.
There are stains on both "inside" hems (at the bottom of each pant leg).  There is some discoloration on the inside of both seams, approx the bottom 8".  (
Not unusual for winter pants!
Neither of these issues are highly noticeable.
Velcro and snap closure, both at the waste and each pant leg (see pics).
Lots of life left in these pants.
