Vtg Werner Corzelius 20” 4L Beer Stein Marked CW 1113 West Germany Castle Knight. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This gorgeous West Germany beer Stein is quite the statement piece and will make a fun conversation piece to any home bar, public pub or Stein collection. It holds approximately 4 liters and measures approximately 20” tall 6.25” across the base and at its widest point including the handle it measures approximately 7” .
The details are a raised 3D relief and nicely detailed. The scene is a mid evil castle.
It is in very good condition. The only thing I noticed is possible small chip on the handle, it may be a manufacturer defect as the design line goes in right at this area. It is also the same color as the handle. I have found areas I initially though may be paint chips but when I ran my nail over then the “white” came off. I think at some point a person was paint their home and some paint platers got on the Stein. I removed every spot I found, it is possible I missed a few as they are pretty small. I really looked closely for damage and found nothing other than noted which has either been removed or most likely a manufacturer flaw.
The lid of the Stein does have some felt. I’m not sure if that is original but it does protect it from chips an cracks. The three felt pieces are noticeable when closed as they are the same color as the castle roof.

The Stein will be wrapped in paper, then bubble wrapped and then double boxed. Please don’t inquire about shipping for a lower cost. While we often ship multiple purchases together this item won’t be available to ship with other items we have for sale. We will insure the package at our own expense. You have 2 shipping options Priority mail or Fed Ex. Please note Fed Ex does not deliver to a post office box. There are rare occasions a buyer chooses Fed Ex and we will use priority mail instead, we would inform you through EBay message system prior to shipping. If we don’t hear back we would ship through USPS using priority mail. Please note these are very rare occasions. We base our shipping methods on the method we feel will safely ship, insure and get you the product the quickest. We would not charge you anything more than you paid. If you choose Fed Ex and only provide a PO Box for shipping we would possibly have to charge more and switch to Priority mail as USPS only ships to PO Boxes. We do not use Parcel Post

I almost always ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment with the exception being items paid for Friday may not be shipped until Monday. Holidays may also effect shipping times. If you would like your items shipped sooner please message me, I can generally accommodate.
I will accept returns. The buyer pays for the return shipping and I will refund as long as item is returned to me in the same condition sold. The refund occurs when I receive the package. Please include tracking with your package and send me the tracking number and carrier that way we can both track the package. All of my sales include tracking unless otherwise noted in the sale.
I only ship in the U.S. I will ship to APOs and military bases. If you don’t have a U.S. shipping address on file with PayPal I’m am very sorry but please do not bid. If you pay to have an item shipped to a mailing center and then shipped to you overseas I’m not responsible if the package is opened and then repackaged. I understand it’s unfortunate that I don’t sell outside of the U.S. I’m sorry I can’t be more accommodating on this. I do reserve the right to cancel orders from international buyers.
I allow 4 days for items to be paid for after the listing ends. I will send out 1 reminder. If items are not paid for within the 4 days I turn the listing over to EBay to recoup my fees and relist. If you need some extra time just communicate with me.
