Vintage U.S. Army Joe DiMaggio Baseball Glove/Mitt – 1930's-40’s – OK Mfg

This an ULTRA RARE U.S. Army issued Joe DiMaggio baseball glove made by OK mfg. What makes this one extra special is that it’s a right hand glove (for a left handed thrower). Any that you find online are all for right handed throwers. The other authentic thing about it is that the army soldier wrote his name ( Last name first as you would in the military) and I.D. Number on the back of the glove. This is WWII folks, WOW!
The leather is dirty on the back but comes off, I just don’t want to clean it with the wrong cleaner. This is a rare piece of baseball and World War II history and should be cleaned by a professional. It obviously needs new leather lacing. The leather is not cracked or torn, it’s still playable.
