Vintage Stewart #1211 N Scale Yard Diesel Maintenance Facility Metal Kit Virnex Product.  This is a hobby shop buyout / estate find. Brand New, NOS, complete kit with instructions & papers. Kit itself, is sealed inside box. Original box, vintage kit. Box has some wear due to age and storage. I did put small piece of tape on each end of box to not loose any papers and keep safe in storage and for shipping. See pictures
