VINTAGE SPALDING ROGER CRAIG MODEL "FORM POCKET" MODEL 42-273 LEFT HAND GLOVE!

Description

This auction is for a Vintage 50s-60s (we are guessing) Roger Craig Model Spaulding Baseball Glove. We are assuming it was offered when Craig was still an active player (See close up photos). This Spaulding Model 42-273 is for the left hand and says "Form Pocket" above Craig's name. The glove is "flattened from many years of storage, however the leather is supple and pliable and could be restored to almost playable new condition with TLC. However it could be a collectible item for the baseball enthusiast. The possible owners name is marked inside the hand strap but we cannot decipher it. Appears small for an adult, or maybe that was the size used in those days. Our adult hands can definitely fit in it!
