Vintage Duemler German beer stein - Viking battle scene... 1 Ltr. a GEM!

This auction is for (1) antique/ vintage German lidded Beer Stein -
featuring a Peter Duemler War scene.  Most likely the battle of
Teutoburg Forest (9 A.D.)  - fall of the Roman Empire. The only Maker's mark is a 5 7 on the bottom.
The Stein features a War scene - characters with Viking helmets, and
the inscription:
"Und sie tranken nochiens ehe sie gingen"  - roughly translated as "and
they drank another one before they carried on"
About 10.25" tall, from base to the point on top of the Lid.  The Stein has some crazing; primarily to the interior.
Otherwise, fine.  2 Lb 10 oz approximate weight.
Construction of glazed Pottery or Stoneware, in high relief, 1.0L
