Beautiful German Stein depicting old sayings:
Bier und frohes Liedmacht nie lebens müd -
translated:
Beer and happy song
never make life tiresome. Also finished in an Irish Motif. Pewter Lid. Finished in light blue, green and browns.  Measures approx: 10 1/2" including lid. 7 3/4" just the stein, less lid. Raised motif detailing. Marked J.G.639. Excellent Condition.
