    from the 1950's.   with Original, 'Denkert' Store Box
    Leather, Fielders Mitt with Full 'Barrel' Web intact
    Lower palm branded:  'Denkert , G52'  ,  made in USA
    Pocket/palm branded with:  'Casey Wise' signature mark
    Glove is in exceptional condition.. Near Mint.

    Glove measures:  approx.  9 1/2" tall, &  10" wide
    Box is in nice shape overall & front label is still intact
    *it has been preserved in clear plastic wrap*

    Kendall Cole "Casey" Wise was an American professional baseball player.He played four seasons in Major League Baseball,between 1957 and 1960,with the Chicago Cubs,Milwaukee Braves,and Detroit Tigers.He was primarily a second baseman,but also played substantially at shortstop.The son of longtime MLB scout Hughie Wise,Casey Wise was born in West Lafayette, Indiana.His nickname was derived from his initials, K.C.
