    Description

    It's easy to fall in love with this glove. Just do an exhaustive internet search and come up empty. I found no other 42-9053 examples in over 300 past sales of "Spalding Yastrzemski glove". This seems to be a Premium Yaz model from that year, most likely late 1960's.  It It has an unusual web style and vertical laces on the palm instead of the flex design. Measures at 12.5". Closest glove I could find was Colavito.  Super sharp and minty. Hand compartment is shiny. Leather is soft. Flaws are: brown spot on top back pinkie (photo), light scuffing on top of fingers, 3 of the small leather knots on back drying a little. Might be the nicest one around! Safe shipping. Thanks!
