VERY OLD LEFT HAND BASEBALL GLOVE WITH "615 PROFESSIONAL MODEL" MARKED INSIDE !

Description

This auction is for what appears to be a Very Vintage Left Hand Baseball Glove. "615 Professional Model" is stamped at the bottom of the little finger. The glove is "flattened" from many years of storage. The leather is worn in some places and the inside is markedly worn and missing some of the interior leather. However it could be a collectible item for the baseball enthusiast. The possible owners name is marked on the top of the hand strap. We will use a magnifying glass to determine the name or original owner. It is a well used adult model. We will try to determine the manufacturer and provide that information later, if possible.
Update
: With a little bit of research, we have determined that this is a Wilson model from around the 1920s to the 1930s. The owner passed away at the age of 90 in 2009. "Jack Simon(s?)" is the name we can identify. First owner--second owner? Not sure.
