No belt loops
inseam actual measurement is 24 inches in length
ankle opening is approx. 9-10 inches around (Velcro makes it smaller than 9)
Starting at the ankle on the outside of each leg there is a 5 1/2" zipper that unzips up the leg, just below the start of the zipper there is a piece of Velcro strap that can be adjusted for the child wearing them.
rise measurement approx. 12 1/2 inches.
one pocket on each side in the front
one cargo pocket on the right outside leg with a flap and two snaps for closure of the flap
no back pockets
They are insulated
knees have reinforced material on the outside
