    Description

    Travis Jackson was a shortstop in the MLB who played for the NY Giants from 1922 through 1936.  He played in 1933 World Series and was an MLB All Star in 1934. He was elected to the HOF in 1982.
    The glove has a strong Jackson signature, displays well from the palm side and has a stylized inked "H" on the backside of the thumb. As the photos show, a previous owner put a leather or leather-like vinyl piece in the inside of the glove all the way up the fingers. It appears that the vinyl piece may be glued.
