  • Condition: No owners ink on the glove but the initials GNB are engraved into the front of the palm of the glove. Soft quality leather inside and out. Very flexible glove/ Lacing is intact and appears original. Nice leather piping is soft and in nice condition. Soft interior leather with no real chafing but a couple of small nicks in a couple of places. Nice cloth patch on the backstrap shows a little wear.

    Description

    Here is a nice high quality and rare three finger baseball glove made in Canada most likely in the 1950's. I see no stamping on the glove as far as a model number, etc. The cloth patch says: Jack Watson Sporting Goods Co. Ltd. Toronto, Ont. (Ontario in Canada) at the bottom. Above that crossing the patch it says: Pro-Sport Equipment, Style Quality. Black button on the backside. The glove measures 10.5" long through the palm and measures 11.5 straight across with the glove opened out.
