This is a plastic kit that reproduces the "Thomas the Tank Engine", which is a refurbished C11 227 that is being preserved in Oigawa Railway. It was sold exclusively through mail order sites, but is no longer available. This is a full kit with color-coded plastic parts and included film stickers to reproduce the face and almost all other markings. The kit is designed to be a non-moving model for display purposes, but if you have access to an N gauge C11 drive train (sold separately), you can incorporate it without any modification. The kit itself is of very high quality and precision, but there are some hurdles to overcome, such as the difficulty in obtaining the optional power unit (KATO C11 ASSY parts, for old products that have been discontinued), the high price of the kit itself (3900 yen), and above all, the fact that it is a plastic model. This is an unfortunate product that has not seen many completed works. In addition to the kit itself, which is brand new and unassembled, the power unit specified by the manufacturer (not yet tested) is included in this listing. The power unit is the one that I personally procured for this kit, but it is only an appendix and not guaranteed.
