The text reads:
"Wein-Weib-Spiel" & "So Leben wir, so leben wir alle Tage."
And translates to
:
"Wine-Women-Play" & "Since we live, let's live everyday"

Condition and Description:
Excellent condition specimen, only minor condition issue is a well repaired inlay chip + very faint surface line/scratch on underside (exactly as pictured).  This is a great stein, with beautiful color and tremendous presence.
Dimensions:
Height: ~8.6" tall from base to top of thumblift
Width: ~4.8" at the base of stein's body
On the subject of shipping and handling, I have a 100% success rate(knock on wood) with the steins I have packed and shipped arriving to their new homes in perfect condition.  This stein will be well packed and shipped fully insured, USPS priority, Fedex home or UPS.
