Condition is "Pre-owned"  PLEASE SEE photos for tape residue left over from a repair to a few nicks/holes; no more tape and the holes still exist, but honestly none of them are horrible - largest I see is about 1/2", and most are less than that; the boot scuff panels are obviously nicked/scuffed also.  Other than these areas (inner ankle and boot scuff panels, I don't see any other damage anywhere; the membrane seems good (all intact), but as these were not mine or anyone I knew personally, the pants have not been "tested" for waterproofness, etc.; PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR ALL CONDITION.
