Comes in original packaging.  We do not believe this stapler has ever been used.  Rather, it has been prepped for use with the pneumatic connector installed to the bottom of the assembly, and stored as a spare.  It comes in the original Fasco box that shows some minor wear from storage and comes with a full box of staples, and all the original documentation.
