This kit will build a 24 scale foot tall building with office. End walls have three large door openings provided plus cut lines for optional openings in side walls. Large doors can be installed in open or closed position. Doors, windows, vents and downspouts are included. Office height and location is optional. Foot print for the kit is 5-3/8" x 6-1/8". Molded in blue an white, easily painted to suit your needs. With just a small amount of imagination, kit can be modified so that doors are open; can be placed on an elevated foundation for even more options. Ships via 1st. class mail. Will always combine orders to reduce shipping and handling costs. International shipping is available but buyers are asked to request a "cost of shipping" estimate prior to submitting a bid.
