MARZI & REMY STONEWARE 1 LITER STEIN C1900 RELIEF TAVERN SCENE HD PAINT FLOWERS

Description

Up for sale is an incredible Stoneware Stein from "MARZI & REMY"---Germany Circ. 1900.  Pewter Lid with a Relief Tavern Scene(See Picture #1) with on each side--Hand painted Flowers(See Pictures #2, 4, 7 & #8).
There were evidently several Relief Tavern Scenes.  This one differs in the path and the background mountain scene of one shown in a  beer stein book. The Tavern Scene is the same.
There is age crazing and several tiny areas of chippin(looks like they may have been glazed over) cannot tell for sure. They show up as white spots, on the brown pants, shoes and scenery.(See Pictures)  I took the close up (Pictures #10 & #11) to show the age crazing as the regular pictures did not.  As you can see from the regular pictures the stein will display Beautifull.
The bottom of the Stein is marked in black--Handmale?ei(Handmade?)(See Picture #9)
