Very nice pair of Mammut Size 38 USA Backcountry Snowboard Ski Pants.
Adjustable back waistband regulator
Zipped waterproof closures as well as seams
Ventilation zippers
Snowgaiters to fit freeride boots
Measurements:
Waist - 38"
Hip - 43"
Length - 44.5" (from top back waistband over buttocks down to bottom hem)
Inseam Length - 32.5"
Top of front waistband to center crotch area - 12.5"
Leg Thigh area - 26" round
Knee area - 22" round
Hem area - 22" round
Snowgaiter hem - 8" round at elastic
Issues - Outer black fabric below knee area may show some small scratches, white marks, cut slits in fabric.
Gray inner snowgaiter cuffs show some cuts and small holes, see photo.  These could be repaired with clear packing tape on each side of fabric, but I left as is.
