    Description

    "Der Rote Baron" (the Red Baron) hand-painted (Egon Bay) beer stein, ceramic with pewter lid. The stein features
    a relief portrait of the pilot on the front.  The base reads "1892-1918", "Manfred von Richthofen, Rittmeister (Kampfflieger)" (captain, fighter pilot).
    Richthofen's Fokker Dr.I tri-plane is depicted flying on the right in relief decoration and an Imperial German flag appears on the left side.  A pewter German eagle adorns the top of the lid.
    This is a limited edition, number 38 out of 2,000.
