This is a cast polyurethane kit with details moulded in place; easy assembly; accurate prototype. Easy to assemble; faithful to the original design. Perfect for any rural setting. Foot print for this kit is approximately 2-1/4" Wide x 1-13/16" Deep. With a little effort, this kit can be modified by adding elements of other kits like the Cabin/Summer Kitchen. Ships via 1st. Class Mail and we will gladly combine orders to reduce shipping costs. International shipping is available but buyers are asked to request a "cost of shipping" estimate prior to submitting a bid.
