It has a decent amount of wear and can probably use a good cleaning and maintenance.

t move unless you pushed it by hand. Should be easy to find a replacement if needed.
The beater is from an Iron Cobra pedal with not much felt left on it.
It’s a bit of a project and therefore it is being sold
