German Westerwald Walzen-kurg Saltglaze Scratch Design Beer Stein c.1750

We are offering a rare German Westerwald steinzeug walzen-krug. It is gray saltglaze with multiple scratched designs. It dates to cer 1750 and has a pewter lid with five ring hinge and hollow thumblift. The foot ring and lid are incised Waller and were added to the krug subsequent to production. The stein is in great condition eight different scratched patterns. This is a great piece that isn't found very often. Please email if you have questions.
