    Offered for consideration, this “Cold War” era beer stein. It was ordered to made for Cal Leach who served in the 887th Tactical Missile Squadron from 1964 to 1966 in Grunstadt, Germany. This was a very dangerous time for the United States and the whole world. As the U.S. and Russia faced off a pointed nuclear missiles at each other. The finial is a Mace Missile. This missile was developed to replace the older Matador missile and placed into deployment in Germany in 1959. It was essentially a Cruise missile with a range of over 500 miles. It had foldable wings for transport and could be launched from a mobile transport. Don’t miss the opportunity to own a piece of United States military history.
