The text on the body reads:

And translates to:

This is the second stein in series of eleven: 2001A through 2001L.
Condition and Description:
In mint condition. A curious and eye catching stein with the main design is book spines for doctors, an owl thumblift (to convey wisdom) and an inlaid lid with Caduceus.
Dimensions:
Height: ~6.7" tall from base to top of thumblift
Width: ~4.2" at the base
On the subject of shipping and handling, I have a 100% success rate(knock on wood) with the steins I have packed and shipped arriving to their new homes in perfect condition.  This stein will be well packed and shipped fully insured, USPS priority, UPS ground or Fedex home.
