This is a .5 liter transfer and etched stein made by Gerz of Germany in 1993. It is 9
" to the top of the Eagle and Shield thumb-lift of the insert lid which is firmly attached to the handle through a 5 ring hinge. This is the first of the Founders Series Limited Edition steins, Adolphus Busch., CS216. It is a faithful reproduction of Mettlach stein #2136. The lid verse has been translated by The Beer Stein Library.

Excellent mint condition, no cracks , hairlines, or chips with original box and styrofoam insert(some shelf wear to box)
