    Description

    The stein appears to be the stein of Heinrich Guter wsho was in a cavalry unit from Landshut in the German state of Bavaria. There is a blue and white shield over the top of a horse and rider and again the shield in a banner along with a lion which is a sybol for Bavaria. The thumb lift also features a lion. I do not understand why there is not a roster of other reservists who were in the unit when Guter served. On the bottom of the stein is a lithopane of a soldier and his wife of girlfriend.
